WHAT DID THE CLIENT WANT?
To deliver the biggest AIM Awards ever for their 20th anniversary show at London’s Roundhouse.
WHAT WAS OUR APPROACH?
We took the AIM brand and developed an AIM Awards event identity to play across digital, print and show production.
With only an eight-hour set-up window, we produced a tightly choregraphed evening including red carpet arrivals and interviews, sponsored reception, dinner and awards show, plus an after-show concert and party.
The Awards were hosted by Lauren Leverne with all AV produced in-house at DesignScene. The evening included a surprise set from AJ Tracey and performances from artists such as Dave, Idles and Debbie Harry. Following a 30-min turnaround to clear the floor, ticketed public were then allowed into the venue for a headline performance from Johnny Marr and DJ sets into the early hours.
