WHAT DID THE CLIENT WANT?
Braze had scheduled a series of intimate regional conferences. Designed to climax at their annual showpiece event in North America. When, suddenly, COVID-19 made all of this impossible. So how could they still speak to their regional customers and create a landmark conference moment to match their In Real Life event strategy?
WHAT WAS OUR APPROACH?
As the main markets for Braze are APAC, EMEA and the US, we had the idea to unite them all with a single digital event. The result was Braze Forge 2020, hosted online, rising with the sun at 10AM in Singapore and tracking around the world to include EMEA and the US East Coast, ending at 8PM Pacific time a full 24 hours later.
This approach gave each region the chance to tune into the broadcast at a convenient time and watch content applicable to, and tailored for, them.
The content itself we captured, edited and post-produced by DesignScene, utilising digital studios and remote filming. In the process, capturing some of the most compelling content yet created for a digital conference. And delivering it seamlessly across a complex run of show spanning 24 hours and the most of the globe.
